Give your customer his own card so they know you are serious about him. In addition, each card, chip card or magnetic card, can be provided with variable data.
We use several suitable technologies for card personalization:
Is your client base continously growing? Do your issued cards have limited validity? Use the option to deliver cards to customers gradually.
Estimate the total number of cards issued per period (most often a period of 1 year).
Cards – semi-finished products are made in advance and kept in our stock. At regular intervals you update a database of new clients of yours. We then personalize the cards in a short time.
For smoother distribution, we also provide for card completion and mailing.
The HiCo (High Coercivity) and LoCo (Low Coercivity) abbreviations denote the coercivity of the magnetic material.
Coercivity is a technical term used to determine the intensity of a magnetic field that causes a change in magnetic track data. Coercivity is reported in Oerstedech (Oe). HiCo (2750 Oe, or 4000 Oe). The high coercivity of the HiCo magnetic track stands for the highest level of its resistance to damage by scattered magnetic fields. LoCo (300 Oe) stands for low coercivity. The choice of magnetic track type depends on how the card will be used.
The magnetic recording is stored in one, two or three tracks:
Track 1 - has 79 alphanumeric characters.
Track 2 - has 40 alphanumeric characters.
Track 3 - carries 107 characters, used e.g. for banking purposes for keeping a PIN, only 0-9 digits can be recorded on it, equal sign, colon
We distinguish linear bar codes (1D) and QR codes (2D).
Linear (1D) codes have limited capacity and usually encode a numeric or alphanumeric string that is the key for identification.
The most commonly used 1D codes on cards are EAN 13, EAN 8, Interleaved 2/5, Code 39, Code 128, Codabar and others.
QR codes (2D) due to higher capacity usually contain all the necessary information about the marked item in themselves.

HOLOGRAM
Forgery or misuse of the plastic card by an unauthorized person can be secured by the security features that you place on the card.
SIGNATURE FIELD
The most common and the cheapest way of protection is to apply a signature field to the card. It is a special colour that allows you to write the current data, such as the card’s validity period, name, personal number, and last but not least, to allow for signing of the authorized person. Written data cannot be deleted from the fields without visible intervention.
We can also print under the transparent signature field to increase the protection the guilloche or other small text that protects the card from falsification.
EMBOSSING
Another, simple way to protect your card is to use embossed personalization. An embossed number series for the issued cards is sufficient. A higher degree of protection on the card can be achieved in combination with the signature field.
HOTSTAMPING
With the help of metallic and mainly holographic foils, we emboss the required element on the card surface: logo, text… It is also common to apply several foils over one another. The result is a very impressive and security-guaranteeing element that in many cases replaces the hologram.
HOLOGRAM
We apply holograms of different security levels to the cards by stamping, which is one of the highest ways of PVC card protection or by sticking, which is a destructive self-adhesive hologram that cannot be removed from the card without damaging it.
SPECIAL SECURITY ULTRAVIOLET or INFRARED COLOURS
Security colours, which are mainly used in the production of banknotes and personal cards – identity card, driving license, passport… These colors are not visible to the naked eye, texts can only be read under ULTRAVIOLET or INFRARED light.
All personalized plastic cards for you will be matched with cover letters, leaflets, stuck to an advertising carrier ...We provide the required finishing of advertising materials, including their distribution in the Republic, but also abroad.
